The next meeting of the Toronto Salesforce.com user group will be Tuesday July 13th from 8:30am - 11:30am.

You've heard about the June 22nd release of Chatter, now I'm thrilled to announce that Francisco Casas who is the Principal Architect for Chatter and Collaboration will be flying up to Toronto for an in depth discussion!

Francisco Casas - Principal Architect SE - Chatter / Collaboration

Francisco has been working on enterprise social networks for the last three years.  His work in social intelligence and enterprise social networks has produced patent pending software.  Francisco was responsible for most of the Siebel Architecture team and has been involved in CRM since 1990 when he was part of the team that built the first CRM application under Tom Siebel, which gave birth to the CRM market.  He is  a reformed OnPremise architect and is now a Cloud 2 evangelist.
